SYP subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play Store in-app purchase systems.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. You will receive a reminder before renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
For in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing is managed by Apple or Google respectively and subject to their terms.
For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple and Google under their respective refund policies.
SYP does not store any payment card data. All payment processing is handled by our certified payment service providers. Transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards (PCI-DSS).
